Event Library

The West Marin Community Event Library has been formed under the sponsorship of Point Reyes Nation, Green Girl Events, Indian Peach Catering, Toby’s Coffee Bar, West Marin Waste Information Coordinator, Madeline Hope and Free & Clear. The purpose of this West Marin Community Event Library is to make available to local organizations, businesses and individuals many of the items and equipment needed for event hosting. Inventory will be available to the West Marin community to check out for use and asked to be returned clean in exchange for a donation.

Items that we will include in this Library are plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, flatware, serving bowls, platters and utensils, water pitchers, coffee urns, napkins, tablecloths, etc. When storage space becomes available, tables, chairs, trash and recycling containers, shade canopies and more will be added. We are currently pricing, sourcing and researching additional items for the Community Event Library, and soliciting financial and in kind donations. Your ideas and contributions are welcomed. We look forward to having your support on this community endeavor.

Chafing Dishes, Water Pitchers, Large Service Platters, Large Service Bowls, Serving Utensils, Coffee & Tea Urns, Coffee Thermoses Shade Canopies, Folding Tables & Chairs. To get more information or make a donation please e-mail events@pointreyesnation.com

RESERVATIONS: Are on a first come first serve basis with no guarantees on last minute requests. Email your contact information, date and amount of equipment requested for your event to events@pointreyesnation.com with the name of your event included to find out if it is available. WMCEL will let you know by email/phone if it is available and will add you to the reservation calendar.

DONATIONS: WMCEL will provide each borrower with an estimated charge that they would expect to pay from a commercial rental company. We would like to encourage borrowers to make their generous donations with these costs in mind. .Donation payments and cleaning fee should be made out to Point Reyes Nation and sent by check to P.O. Box 629, Point Reyes, CA 94956
